Our new sea creature vocabulary collection includes a variety of flashcards in different sizes and configurations, a gorgeous word mat, labelling worksheets, word cards and a fun word scramble puzzle too. Lots of fun!
With World Oceans Day coing up, we've just added some lovely new "scene" colouring pages and cards to our sea creatures collection for older children, as well as two lovely, simple colouring pages of a crab and starfish for younger kids.
Diana, Princess of Wales, died 20 years ago this August. There will be various memorial events occasions this summer arranged by her sons, Prince William and Prince Harry, and by others.
I've just added four new colouring pages to the website, with a distinctly seaside theme! They are perfect for younger children, and once coloured in could be cut and pasted too.
If there's no sunshine for you this summer, you'll find plenty in this collection of summer posters which visit all our favourite summer activities: spending hours at the playground, having picnics, pond dipping, running around with the sprinkle
Build beach huts, fill up ice cream cones, design ice lollies, add flames to a campfire, design a picnic, make playdough strawberries ... and so many lovely ideas for some summer playdough fun in this new collection of playdough mats.
This brand new collection of summer jigsaws cover popular summer sports, a day at the beach, summer food (ice cream and strawberries - yum) and even some tropical holiday pictures.
Baking of course is its own reward - licking the bowl and eating up the finished creations are always a treat! But why not mark a milestone or have your own "bake off" competition with the help of these colourful new baking certificates!
We've got lovely, simple mazes for younger kids and a couple of really fiendish mazes for older kids (or adults) here, covering cars and trains and planes and trains and buses ... perfect for summer holiday journeys perhaps!
More alphabet fun this week with another set of playdough mats - this time asking children to think of things they can model with their playdough with beginning letter sounds to match the letter on the mat.
31st August 2017 will be the 20th anniversary of Diana, Princess of Wales' tragic death in a car accident in Paris.
Learning symmetry was very dull when I was at school! I certainly didn't get the chance to play with symmetry worksheets like these ones, which ask the kids to reflect half of a butterfly, spider, grasshopper and ladybird (ladybug)!
We've got quite a good collection of animal fact finding worksheets at Activity Village - well over 50, actually, now that these new minibeast fact finding worksheets have been added.
We have five new simple dot to dot pages with a transport theme, perfect or younger children. Click through to find a ship, aeroplane (and an airplane version), car, lorry and bus.
Just print, cut out and assemble these gorgeous new teaching clocks ... we've designed them to be bright and cheerful and appealing and fun!
Learning to tell the quarter hours - quarter past and quarter to - can be a little confusing for kids. You can give them plenty of practice with our newest set of telling time worksheets though!
I've just added 8 new mandala colouring pages to the website. This set - which can be downloaded in one pdf file - are quite a bit more detailed than our last mandalas, so everyone can really enjoy colouring in the intricate designs.
... and set of "round the clock by quarter hour" packs of posters which can also be used on your desktop, tablet or screen as a slideshow.
The kids (and maybe even an adult or two) can have a go at these fun new word puzzles based on a transport theme.
