Robert Frost's lovely poem, Stopping by Woods on a Snowy Evening, is a popular poem with children and an excellent one to study. It's language and story are accessible on first reading. But, like the best poems, the more you read it, the more you read into it. The last two lines, with the repetition of "And miles to go before I sleep" are particularly memorable. Print the pdf or put it up on the computer screen or whiteboard to read with the children.
