Younger children will enjoy colouring this "splat" red - or perhaps just colouring in the letters. It's a good way to start to recognise the colour words, too.
Kids can colour this kite yellow and put it on display. Alternatively, print onto card and cut out. Ask the children to colour the word yellow and find a picture of something yellow in a magazine to cut out and stick beneath the word.
