I've just added some new printable lacing cards to our Spring Lacing Cards page, including a rather cute lamb and a pretty blue bird who seemed to me to be very spring-like! These will stretch to a range of ages. Youngest children can try some simple lacing through large pre-punched holes using traditional shoe-laces (you can buy them in bright colours from educational suppliers) or wool and a blunt needle. For older kids you can poke holes using a blunt needle or awl and they can "sew" rather than lace, adding some detail to the pictures. I think the daffodil lacing card will look particularly pretty like this and we are working on an example right now to show you.
