What makes a child feel sad, happy, mean, angry or confused? And how to they cope when they do?
These really lovable monsters encourage children to think of the triggers for their feelings and develop a set of strategies for coping. We have two versions of each. One we have left blank for them to brainstorm their own ideas, with your help. And for the other we have provided some suggested coping strategies and invited the kids to decide whether they might help, then brainstorm their own additional strategies.
